Thank you for your interest in Learniac. This service is owned by Mobitrics Technologies Private Limited (“Learniac”, “we”, “us”). Our website at www.learniac.co (the “Site”), along with all related mobile applications and services provided by us, constitutes our Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Learniac. By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

  • Users under 13: Must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to create an account.
  • Users 13 and above: Can create an account independently.
  • Learniac reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

 

3. Learning Content & AI-Generated Material

  • Learniac provides educational content generated by AI models. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors.
  • Users should verify critical educational information from official sources when necessary.

 

4. License & User Conduct

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Learniac.
  • You may not:
    • Copy, modify, or redistribute any content without permission.
    • Use the platform for cheating or unethical learning practices.
    • Use Learniac for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
    • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the apps.

 

5. Subscriptions & Payments (If applicable in the future)

  • Some features may be available under a paid subscription. 
  • Details of pricing, cancellation, and refunds will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions (if any) will be billed through the App Store or Play Store.
  • Refund policies will comply with store guidelines.

 

6. Account Deletion

  • Users cannot delete their accounts via the app.
  • If you wish to delete your profile and associated data, contact support@learniac.co.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Learniac is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
